These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Member") and 1988ri (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 1988ri online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://1988ri.cam and all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and related services.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall carry the meanings set out below:

To register and maintain an account with 1988ri, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 1988ri enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years for all real-money gaming activities, consistent with the standards applied by internationally licensed gaming operators serving Southeast Asian markets.
• You must be registering of your own free will and not acting on behalf of another individual.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or director of 1988ri or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from the platform or had an account permanently closed by 1988ri for reasons related to fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms.
• You must possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile telephone number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify 1988ri support promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 1988ri will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. You must not share your login details with any third party.

1988ri reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any stage to verify your identity, age, address, or payment method. Acceptable KYC documents include government-issued photo identification (MyKad, passport, or driver's licence), recent utility bills or bank statements for address verification, and front-of-card images for payment method verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

Access to the 1988ri platform is granted for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not use the platform or any data obtained from it for commercial exploitation, systematic data extraction, or any purpose not expressly permitted by these Terms.

All games available on 1988ri — including slots, live casino titles, and sports betting markets — operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or professional live dealer systems. The outcome of all games is determined by these systems and cannot be influenced by the platform or by any individual player. By placing a wager, you accept that outcomes are inherently uncertain and that losses are possible.

The platform may experience scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods during which some or all services may be temporarily unavailable. 1988ri will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable. Bets accepted before a maintenance window will be honoured in accordance with their terms upon system restoration.

1988ri supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods suitable for Malaysian players, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and direct bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits including USDT and BTC are also accepted. The minimum deposit amount is RM50. Specific limits for each payment method are detailed within the platform's banking section.

All deposited funds must be used for real-money wagering. Depositing funds with the sole intention of withdrawing them without meaningful wagering activity — commonly known as "money cycling" — is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure without refund.

Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. All withdrawals must be made to an account or payment method registered in the same name as the 1988ri account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. 1988ri targets processing of withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes for fully verified accounts using DuitNow or FPX, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or banking system.

1988ri reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual in value, frequency, or origin. This right is exercised as part of our anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations and is not intended to inconvenience legitimate users.

1988ri offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, VIP tier rewards, referral bonuses, and migration incentives. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit conditions, eligible games, and expiry dates. Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount (or in some cases, the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a Bonus Fund of MYR 100 means the player must place total wagers of MYR 2,000 before the bonus-derived balance qualifies for withdrawal.

The following general conditions apply to all promotional offers on 1988ri unless specifically overridden in writing in the individual promotion's terms:

• One promotional offer per household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and carry no cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• 1988ri reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with or without prior notice.
• Evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in bonus cancellation and potential account review.
• All promotional offers are available to players aged 21 and above only.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the 1988ri platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonus funds, and may result in legal action where applicable:

• Fraud and misrepresentation — providing false registration information, using stolen payment methods, or impersonating another individual.
• Money laundering — using the platform to layer, place, or integrate funds derived from illegal activity.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any multiplayer game or betting market.
• Exploitation of software errors — deliberately taking advantage of any bug, glitch, or error in the platform's software to gain an undue advantage.
• Automated play — using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets, collect information, or interact with the platform outside normal human use.
• Bonus abuse — systematic exploitation of promotional offers in bad faith, including the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times.
• Chargeback fraud — initiating fraudulent payment disputes after deposits have been used for wagering.
• Minors accessing the platform — any attempt to register or facilitate registration by an individual under 21 years of age.

No content from this platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, commercially exploited, or otherwise used without the prior written consent of 1988ri. Any unauthorised use of our intellectual property constitutes an infringement and may result in legal proceedings.

Game content and software provided through the platform by third-party studios remains the intellectual property of the respective studio. 1988ri holds valid content licences for all games hosted on the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1988ri and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the platform, its content, or any services provided therein.

In particular, 1988ri accepts no liability for:

• Losses resulting from gambling outcomes, as these are a natural consequence of real-money wagering activity which the User voluntarily undertakes;
• Service interruptions, delays, or data loss caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including network outages, third-party payment system failures, or force majeure events;
• Unauthorised account access resulting from the User's failure to maintain credential security;
• Any legal consequences arising from the User's decision to access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited.

Where liability cannot be excluded entirely under applicable law, 1988ri's aggregate liability to any individual User in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

1988ri reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false registration information, or where the action is required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

In the event of account closure for reasons attributable to a breach by the User, any remaining balance — including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds — may be forfeited. Determinations regarding balance forfeiture will be made on a case-by-case basis and communicated to the account holder in writing.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly. Any real-money balance remaining in a voluntarily closed account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of applicable KYC requirements.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 1988ri holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with our support team shall be submitted to the dispute resolution procedures established by the applicable licensing authority.

Prior to initiating any formal dispute process, Users are required to submit a written complaint to 1988ri support with full details of the matter in dispute. We commit to responding to all complaints within five (5) business days. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage without the need for escalation.

1988ri reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material in nature, we will endeavour to provide advance notice via email to registered account holders or through a prominent notice on the platform. Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter substantive obligations) may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the 1988ri platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the most recent revision.
